Analyze your multiple sequence alignment flexibly in the form of sequence logos. Define classes or subsets of sequences for the generation of separated sequence logos. Logos are generated for each subset of sequences and can be quickly and flexibly compared and analyzed directly on the webpage. Results can also be downloaded in tabular form and analyzed offline. MSA Class Logos has been successfully tested with multiple sequence alignments of up to 1,000 sequences, an alignment length of 560 positions, and up to 14 sequence groups.
